No. Most applicants are beginners. We look for clarity, presence, reliability, and the ability to follow simple steps — not a professional background.

You’ll choose your path, complete a short application, and then move through our interactive interview/audition (IIA). Each step is designed to help us understand where you fit best.

Referral Partners earn commissions for connecting qualified individuals to the right path. Before receiving a personal referral link, each partner must complete one manual referral to demonstrate readiness and alignment.

The IIA is a short, guided video experience that helps us evaluate presence, communication style, and fit. It’s simple, beginner‑friendly, and takes only a few minutes.

Payments depend on the path you choose and the stage of the process. Models, Referral Partners, AUPs, and CPs each have different payout structures, all explained clearly once you’re accepted.

Most roles are fully remote. Some creative tasks may involve self‑shot content, but everything is designed to be flexible and accessible.
